Sofia Lucchese is an Associate in the New York office of Keller Augusta, where she supports firm operations, candidate and client outreach, and search execution. She is a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management with a minor in Health Care Management. During her time at Quinnipiac, Sofia was a Division I student-athlete on the Acrobatic & Tumbling team and an active member of QCoor, a student organization focused on fostering leadership and professional development. Prior to joining Keller Augusta, she supported the Human Resources department at a retail energy distributor, where she assisted in recruitment efforts, employee engagement, and the management of HRIS systems.
