CrossHarbor Capital Partners has hired Max Bowen as an analyst in its Boston headquarters. He arrived a month ago after a two-year stint at advisory shop Goedecke & Co., where he held the same title. At CrossHarbor, Bowen helps originate and structure potential investment opportunities for the firm’s line of debt-focused vehicles, reporting to director Matthew Klein. Executive-search firm Keller Augusta arranged the hire.
