In addition, the firm maintains a robust development pipeline of approximately 8.8 million sqft of mixed-use opportunities, with a primary focus on office and multifamily. Complementing its market-rate platform, the firm incorporates workforce and attainable housing through mixed-income developments and strategic partnerships, supporting sustainable growth across its communities.

Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst, Asset Management will play an integral role in guiding asset strategy and optimizing portfolio value through the development, maintenance, and presentation of financial analysis and modeling. This role will contribute to a high-performing team focused on advancing value creation throughout the entire investment lifecycle including acquisition due diligence, strategic business plan implementation , financing, capital project execution, and coordination with capital partners  As a member of the Asset Management Team, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with the development, investments, capital markets, commercial leasing, accounting, and property management teams, as well as the firm’s senior management. Additionally, this role will provide the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of residential, retail, and commercial assets and support all related decision making aimed at maximizing asset value and driving portfolio strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing financial analysis and underwriting on leasing strategies, capital projects, and other projects and portfolio level ROI opportunities.
  • Building and updating cash flow valuation models in Argus and Excel.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants to refine real estate tax appeal strategies
  • Lead the bi-annual roll-up process by creating and refining asset-specific strategic business plans and budgets.
  • Contributing to the evaluation and due diligence for potential acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Analyzing monthly financial statements to maintain accuracy, correct inconsistencies, and assess property performance relative to market trends.
  • Maintaining monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for lenders, partners, and senior executives while ensuring full compliance with agreement terms.
  • Work with internal and external legal partners on drafting and reviewing legal agreements, asset management oversight of construction project implementation, and setting internal expectations
  • Preparing additional analyses as needed to assist the asset management and leasing teams.
  • Support senior team members in the preparation of Investment Committee memoranda.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of previous experience in real estate investments, asset management, or acquisitions.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including shortcuts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   
  • Yardi and Argus experience is strongly preferred.
  • Conscientious, self-directed, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

  • Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Eligible for bonus

Compensation will be based on experience and include a bonus and benefits.
