Director, Marketing & Creative Operations

Miami Beach, FL

JOB DESCRIPTION

Company Overview:
Our client is a top-producing luxury residential team at one of the country’s largest and most established residential brokerages. The practice represents many of South Florida’s most significant waterfront estates, new development residences, and trophy properties, and has closed billions of dollars in luxury sales. The business operates at pace and in public view: every listing is marketed as its own campaign, the principal maintains an active media and speaking presence, and the work reaches an international audience of buyers, developers, and press.

Position Overview:
The team is seeking a Director of Marketing & Creative Operations to lead the marketing function for the practice. Reporting to the principal, this individual will own strategy, creative direction, and execution across every channel the business touches, including listing launches, property websites, press, events, and brand partnerships. A Marketing Manager reports to this role and carries much of the daily production.

The role is equally creative and operational. A practice at this volume runs on systems: production calendars that hold, vendors who deliver on schedule, and materials that match the caliber of the properties. The Director is responsible for building that infrastructure and for the quality of everything that comes out of it.

The ideal candidate is a marketing leader who still enjoys the craft. They will set direction rather than work in the queue, but remain close enough to the work to step into a deck, an edit, or a campaign build when timing requires it. This individual must be highly organized, comfortable operating at pace and in public view, and able to hold a premium standard across a high volume of concurrent work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own marketing strategy across digital, print, social media, video, public relations, and events for the full portfolio of listings and brand initiatives
  • Advise the principal on positioning, messaging, media strategy, and brand growth opportunities
  • Translate business objectives into marketing priorities, directing effort, spend, and creative resources accordingly
  • Safeguard brand consistency and quality control across every client-facing asset and communication
  • Build and manage the production calendar across concurrent campaigns, including timelines, sequencing, and accountability
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of listing campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, property websites, and email marketing
  • Design and maintain the systems, processes, and workflows that allow a high-volume operation to run without sacrificing quality
  • Step directly into production work as needed, including decks, copy, creative edits, and campaign builds, particularly during launches and peak periods
  • Manage photographers, videographers, designers, publicists, printers, and outside agencies, negotiating scope and holding partners accountable to schedule and standard
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across internal departments, brokerage resources, and third-party vendors
  • Implement AI-driven tools and workflows to improve content development, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels and deliver clear reporting with actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging platforms and technologies that strengthen output quality and speed to market
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the Marketing Manager, setting priorities and standards for daily execution
  • Build the marketing team over time, assisting in recruiting and retaining creative and operational talent as the business grows
  • Support speaking engagements, media opportunities, press relationships, and public appearances
  • Lead planning and execution of client events, launch events, and business development initiatives
  • Represent the team professionally with clients, media, developers, and brand partners
  • Strong organization skills and creative abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct team leadership
  • Luxury real estate, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or comparable premium environment experience preferred
  • Demonstrated hands-on capability across the marketing craft, including the ability to build the deck, edit the video, write the copy, and ship the campaign personally when required
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record managing numerous high-priority workstreams simultaneously without loss of detail
  • Strong command of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, branding, and content strategy
  • Experience applying AI platforms and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance and operational workflows
  • Fluency with Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the presence to work directly alongside a high-profile principal, clients, and media
  • Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with shifting priorities and demanding timelines

Salary:

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000

Compensation will be based on experience and include a bonus and benefits.
